 "Coming from an Asian family with deep roots in the restaurant business, I grew up surrounded by fresh, handmade meals full of flavor and goodness. This background shaped my love for authentic, wholesome food that empowers the body, yet doesn't break down the body. This is why, at The Poke Tea House, we believe in the power of fresh and healthy food. Everything we source and serve is made with the idea that original, high-quality ingredients are not only better for your taste buds, but also for your health.

When I became a mother to two beautiful children, I found that they shared my love for poke and bubble tea. We began creating these meals at home, ensuring they were healthy, fresh, and full of quality ingredients. That’s when the idea struck me: why not bring this same passion for fresh, nutritious food to the community?
